60-minute Virtual Reiki Session

Experience a 60 minute virtual session in the comfort of your own space and spend the time in a relaxed state of mind. Allow the loving energy to flow into your being and address whatever needs your body, mind or spirit may have.

Your virtual session will offer:

• 2-5 minutes of focusing on your specific needs
• 60 minutes of complete relaxation in either a seated or lying position
• 2-5 minutes to review the session and answer any questions

During and after a session, you may experience the following:

• Extreme relaxation and perhaps sleepiness or complete sleep
• The possibility of visions or colors
• Sensations of tingling, heat, cool, etc. that are completely normal and perfect for you
• More dreaming experiences (log these dreams since they often provide insight about yourself)

It is recommended:

• That you drink lots of water for the first 24-48 hours after a session
• Keep a log of the sensations and experiences you observed or felt during and after your session in order to understand what your body is telling you
• By all means, relax and let the loving energy of Reiki work within you
